Great thought and planning was placed into this small kitchen. Every inch of the kitchen is used. A smaller 24” wide range and microwave was used to make room for more cabinet space. Cabinets are high-gloss acrylic and countertop is absolute black granite.

Upon stepping into this East Side, the soon-to-be owner knew he’d found his future home. Although the outdated, dust-covered interior needed a good scrubbing and a little modernization, the bones possessed great potential and occupied an ideal location. His challenge to ASA Corner Stone: Rework this apartments interior to better utilize the space, and imbue a classic, warm, and beautiful design scheme throughout. 

Drab, dreary, and rife with issues, this outdated bathroom was in poor condition when presented to the ASA Corner Stone. The team opted to maintain the existing layout; however, every other aspect was renovated from top to bottom including, hardware, tile, and color scheme. The end result is a stunning new space. 

Challenged to renovate an outdated kitchen with limited space and an impractical layout, ASA Corner Stone exercised thoughtful planning and attention-to-detail to bring the heart of this kitchen back to life. The end result is a modern, beautiful, and most importantly practical kitchen 

This formal, yet playful, contemporary space uses pops of color and midcentury tastes to highlight the clients wonderful sense of style in their East Side Apartment.

This East Side apartment underwent a full apartment renovation. Every inch of the apartment was updated. The layout of the kitchen was redesigned to provide a larger and better functioning kitchen. The custom kitchen included real quantize countertops, custom made cabinets, matching cabinet paneled Sub Zero fridge, and a Wolf range and hood. The bathroom was also enlarged which included a new doorway and mosaic marble floor tile. The hall closet doubled in size and received new doors. The entire apartment was skim coated and painted and all interior doors were replaced. It is turly a beautiful NYC apartment.

This bathroom received a full renovation. The bathtub was removed and replaced with an infinity drain shower and barn door glass shower door. The vanity was custom made to fit the space perfectly. The countertop is real marble and the floor is mosaic marble basket weave pattern. The before and after of this bathroom are truly stunning.

The 19th Century townhouse, located in Park Slope Brooklyn, underwent a full, gut-renovation in 2018. The original wood floors were removed and a new subfloor and oak plank floors were installed. Other items that were installed was 6” base molding, all doors and door frames, stone fireplace, and of course a full kitchen renovation.
